The Maryland/DC Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys brings together attorneys and allied professionals serving older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their loved ones throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Our Mission

We strengthen elder law practice through practical education, professional collaboration, mentorship, useful resources, and thoughtful public-policy engagement.

What the Chapter Provides

  • Continuing education on elder law, Medicaid, long-term care, special needs planning, and related issues.
  • Networking and mentorship among experienced and developing practitioners.
